By participating in the Wish Free LLC 5-day challenge ("Challenge"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and any additional guidelines or rules provided by the challenge organizer.

Eligibility:

The Challenge is open to individuals who meet the specified criteria outlined by the challenge organizer. Participants must be of legal age or have obtained parental consent to participate.

Challenge Description:

The challenge organizer will provide details about the Challenge, including its purpose, duration, activities, and any associated resources or materials. Participants understand that the Challenge is for educational or personal development purposes and does not guarantee any specific outcomes.

Participant Responsibilities:

Participants agree to:

a. Provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Challenge.

b. Engage in the challenge activities in good faith and to the best of their abilities.

c. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the Challenge.

d. Respect the intellectual property rights of the challenge organizer and other participants.

e. Behave in a respectful and professional manner, refraining from any harmful, offensive, or disruptive behavior.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to content, materials, resources, and any participant contributions, remain the property of their respective owners. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any intellectual property without explicit permission from the owner.

Limitation of Liability:

The challenge organizer and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the Challenge. Participants understand and accept any risks associated with their participation.

Privacy and Data Collection:

The challenge organizer may collect and process personal information provided by participants for the purpose of the Challenge. Participants understand and consent to the collection, use, and storage of their data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the challenge organizer's privacy policy.

Termination or Modification:

The challenge organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge at any time and for any reason. Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the Challenge and may have the option to withdraw their participation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Challenge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the challenge organizer and the participants, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Challenge.
